Booking Policies
We're excited to help make your celebration unforgettable.
Booking & Payments
- A deposit is required to reserve your date.
- Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
- Remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event.
- Last-minute bookings may require full payment upfront.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- One reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours notice.
- We will do our best to accommodate new dates based on availability.
Delivery & Setup
- Delivery and setup fees vary based on location and design.
- Someone must be present at the time of delivery.
- We are not responsible for damage after setup due to weather or handling.
Balloon Care
- Balloons are temporary decorations.
- Heat, wind, and rough handling can affect longevity.
- Outdoor setups are not guaranteed due to weather conditions.
